This is the epitome of what I believe social media is all about. Yes, it’s Pepsi. Yes, they’re improving their image. Yes, they’ll probably increase profits, share holder revenue, etc.. But they’re actually doing an incredibly valuable research-rich and altruistic project for the betterment of humanity. Is it really all that? I’d say pretty darn close.
